Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Cratewise, a record-collection web application operated by Blerg AI LLC ("we", "us"), a Texas limited liability company. By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

The service. Cratewise lets you catalog and manage your physical record collection, with optional AI-assisted features (such as cover identification and generated notes). Access to premium features requires an active subscription.

Accounts & households. You're responsible for activity under your account. A subscription covers one household; members of a household share access.

Subscriptions & billing. Cratewise Premium is $2/month or $20/year, with a 30-day free trial. Subscriptions are sold and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, who handles payment and billing. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your paid period.

Refunds. See our Refund Policy — 14-day money-back guarantee, no exceptions or conditions.

Acceptable use. Don't misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, no infringing others' rights.

Your content. Your collection data is yours. You grant us the permissions needed to operate the service (storing and displaying your data to you, and publicly only where you opt in to a public profile).

AI features. Some features use AI to identify covers and generate descriptive text. These can be imperfect; you can correct anything the AI gets wrong.

Availability & changes. We may update or modify the service. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms or to pricing.

Termination. You can stop using Cratewise anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability. The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
