Self-serve onboarding, support tooling, and collection import

Three things that were blocked on manual setup or missing tooling are now in.

Self-serve onboarding. A new Google sign-in now creates a household automatically. No manual provisioning step required.

Admin support tooling. Support staff can open any household directly for support purposes. Access is logged for audit purposes.

Collection import, complete. CSV upload through matching, import, duplicate handling, and a review queue that can be deferred — the full flow is there.

The release also comes in under the production database connection limit with headroom to spare, which is what was needed before expanding open beta.
